Substance Use Provider Meeting Schedule 2024-2025

In December 2023, the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) released the ASAM Criteria 4^th edition. In alignment with the goals of CalAIM and the evolving standards of care, the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is anticipated to adopt the 4^th edition of the ASAM Criteria for use within DMC-ODS as early as July 1, 2025.

In preparation for this change, and to support a seamless transition, Legal Entities are strongly encouraged to begin training their teams now for the implementation of updated standards.

Below are resources that Legal Entities can use in training staff to include a downloadable training slide deck, and additional reference materials.
