Optum Provider Orientation

Thank you for recently applying to Optum Public Sector to become a Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service Provider and/or a Treatment Evaluation Resource Management (TERM) Provider.  The County of San Diego Credentialing Committee has approved your credentialing and application. One of the requirements to complete the application process is to complete Provider Orientation.

Please complete the appropriate provider orientation for which you have applied followed by the attestation.
